I GO THROUGH THIS PLACE EVERY MORNING WHILE I GO FOR MY RUNNING PRACTICE IN CHOWRASTA MALL ROAD . IN THE MORNING YOU CAN SEE MANY PEOPLE WHO COME IN THERE FOR RUNNING WALK AND PHYSICAL FITNESS. FROM KANCHENJUNGA VIEW POINT YOU CAN SEE KANCHENJUNGA CLEARLY YOU CAN GET FRESH AIR IN THE MORNING AND YOU CAN GET A NEW EXPERIENCE . YOU CAN SEE IT IN DAY TIME TOO , BUT IN THE MORNING YOU CAN ALSO GET SOME FRESH AIR AND FEAL JOYFUL SEEING THE VIEW IT CAN BECOME A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR TOURIST TOO . I GO THERE EVERY DAY AND TAKE A LOOK AT BEAUTIFUL KANCHENJUNGA VIEW FROM THERE IT MAKES ME FEAL ALIVE AND FREE EVERY TIME.

Perfect scenic spot to enjoy clear view of the kunchenjunge, just a few minutes walk from the busy chourasta, just behind mahakal mandir, I go there every weekend, advice to all the tourists who are unable to visit Tiger hills, Batasia or elsewhere , need not go anywhere, when you can watch the amazing view of the kunchenjunge from Darjeeling itself.

If there is no cloud then this place will give you the best view of kanchanjungha from Darjeeling. There is also several point within walking distance which give different angle. The day we visit this place was a pleasant day. Total range was visible with bright blue sky. Undoubtedly a good view point .

I am in lack of adjectives to describe about this stunning view point. In the time of Sunrise this place provides an amazing view of the entire Sleeping Buddha range. It's really a treat to the eyes and lifetime experience I must say.

A divine place to watch the beauty of Kanchenjunghaa (The sleeping Buddha) ! And if you're lucky, then maybe on a sunny morn, you might see all five peaks of Kanchenjunghaa!!
